Can't change the focus screen...

I noticed one can not change the focus screen on the new 5DMKIII. I use a 5DMKII now with the 8x10 lined focus screen.

Did I miss something or is there a way to see guide lines in the MKIII viewfinder? I still need to see where an 8x10 falls!
