for those with both ff nikon and 5dmkII

for those that have used both Nikon fullframe and Canon 5Dmk II,

1. is there a significant color difference between the brands? I know it's very personal, but which do you prefer?

2. is there a way to set easyISO on 5d mark II or other Canons? basically, is there a way to change ISO by simply turning one of the dials without pushing the dedicated iso button?
