I shot a picture at a wedding reception. There was a slideshow going on and the house lights were off, except for some dim, colored up-lights washing the wall behind the bridal party (so they were in silhouette). There were some small candles on the table in front of them. I shot it at about those settings (possibly ISO 6400 using 1/15 and 2.8) and did it handheld. It was so dark that neither the bridal party or I could make out each others faces while I was shooting. I had to use their outline created by the backlights in order to find a line that I could use to focus. The shots look grainy but great!
