GH1 with 14-140 question?

I can buy this camera new for $799. The cheapest I can find just the lens is $1000. I'm looking for a family video camera and I already own 4/3 glass that I could use with an adapter. I don't know if I can complain about the camera as it is basically coming for free. Any reason I should shy away from this combo?
