Controlling Flash Output with Pocketwizard iii

I'm looking to invest in my frist set of wireless flash triggers. I'll be triggering a number of off camera speedlights. I've basically narrowed down my search to two options.
1. Radiopopper jrx system
2. Pocketwizard III
I would like to purchase the pocketwizard III as there are many features i like with the device. However, one big limitation (from what i've read) appears to be that you cannot control flashoutput on the external speedlight from the transmitter. RadioPopper JRX seems to have this feature. When using the speedlight in manual mode you are able to use the knobs on the transmitter adjust flash output (without having to adjust directly on the speedlight).
Does anyone know if the pocketwizard III has this capability??
Many thanks!
