S95: How to avoid Monthly folders?

In my case, its really pain for me to actually frequently pull the SD Card out, plug it in laptop, browse through the monthly folders and search pictures in respective folders. The browsing is quite painful.

I would prefer to have all pictures appear in single directory as soon as I plug the card reader.

Moreover, I would not appreciate a manufacturer's way of handling folders by month or by date only. To me, thats a limitation. Due to too many folders on SD card, a person like me might tend to forget to go through previous month's folders. Manufacturer's are welcome to provide features but also provide the global one. Keep it liberal and simple.
