Fuji X-Pro1 made me dust off my Nikon D5100, same weight, fast AF

Both weigh approx. 1 lb.
Both measure 5x3x2 vs 5x3x3 ha-ha
Nikon has instant AF, great ISO up to 6400 (same as D7000), great viewfinder with diopter, and lenses all over the place. My favorite is the 50-150mm 2.8 Sigma at 1.5 pounds. I also have 50mm 1.8 ($180) and 35mm 1.8 ($190). They are small lenses. And of course 10 other lenses over three years.
Today I took it out and wow, pictures were 100% on fast focus all the time.
Of course the Fuji is enticing, but as a first gen product, the AF is not there, the lenses are not, and it is not a small camera to stuff in a jacket.
And if I need a case to carry the Pro, I need a case for the Nikon that is 1" thicker.
And the Nikon I have already making 100% perfect pictures.
I don't know...to me the mirrorless cameras make sense if they go in a jacket pocket.
Perhaps the Pro in one pocket and a lens in the other.
