Not sure if orbs are a problem - yet

Got my first orbs on a picture where I didn't try to get orbs. I'm not sure yet what to make of this; they are obvious yet also kind of in the background. Guess I'll have to take some more shots around water (I don't do many night shots) and decide if I can accept it.

I bought the X-S1 as a travel camera, suitable for occasional birding as well. It does that quite well. Too bad the orb issue exists...
