They won that meaningless "One of Canada's 50 best-managed companies" again, yet if you e-mail them, you'll never get a reply. I find their service leaves a lot to be desired. The quality control of Sigma lenses is notoriously bad. When you send in an item for warranty you'll hear nothing for weeks. Repeated follow-up e-mails to various people at Gentec have no effect whatsoever.
