Speedlite flash

My opinion:

The less flash the better, especially indoors! About the only time I think about flash is when outdoors on a sunny day & shooting portraits/people, just to light up the shaded part of faces and add spark to the eyes. If I have to use a flash indoors, I'll bounce it if possible - if not, I'd rather have some noise/grain instead.
