Anti-glare coating on Dell U2412m and U2410
Feb 23, 2012

I've been thinking about updating my Dell ST2210 monitor to something better for photo editing, as I sell a lot of my photos through my website. I keep reading a lot of complaints about the anti-glare coating on the Dell U2412m and especially the U2410. I don't have an issue with the matte screen on my ST2210. Although glossy panels (especially Applie's) have a beautiful picutre, I don't know about using them for photo editing, so would rather stay with a matte screen unless someone really convinces me otherwise. Does anyone know if the AG coating is worse (more aggressive) on the Dell U2412m or U2410 monitors than on Dell's cheaper TN monitors like I have, or would they be about the same?
