Does the E-M5's lack of built-in flash bother you?

The more I read about the E-M5, the more I want one! But one thing does give me some thought though, do you think the lack of built-in flash might become annoying? I realize a flash unit is included, but it's a separate part that needs to be lugged along... and can't just be popped up at a moment's notice. I must admit most of my experience is with (high-end) P&S cameras, so do you think I'm attaching too much importance to the flash issue?
