Comparing cameras at this level in Jpeg mode is a really bad joke.

Period. It's a big load of B@#$S.

How can this site even be taken seriously ??

It's like comparing Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Jeeps and all kinds of 4x4 off-roads, all in a track of sand in the middle of the desert, just after it rained.

You can't even begin to analyse the supercar's engine.

What a joke, really...

The real joke is ignorant fools like yourself who don't bother to investigate the review, yet dismiss it outright. If you had actually checked the review, you would have seen the Raw files they worked with. They are all available here:

http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/M9/M9THMB.HTM

Now get off your high horse. God, some of you Leica users have a huge chip on your shoulder. It's like you're afraid of anyone who dares review it and provide samples for everyone to judge the quality themselves.

Before you start insulting people here, please read the review yourself. While the page you linked to does contain DNG files, let me quote from the review:

"NOTE: These images are best quality JPEGs straight out of the camera, at default settings including noise reduction."

Which you can find in the start paragraph of the large comparisons against other cameras. And at other places. So in the page linked by the thread startes mostly JPEG pictures are used.
