NEX3 + ZEISS 24mm or NEX7 Kit?

I own GF-1 and 20mm/1.7 and upgrading my camera. I can buy a new NEX3 for around $2-250, so I think NEX3 + ZEISS 24mm would be better choice than NEX7 Zoom Kit in terms of picture quality. I mostly shot outdoor while walking, but many times at dusk. I also own old Zeiss Flektogon 35mm/2.4, which is my favorite, so I may not need 24mm...

I would like to hear experts opinion about it. Thank you in advance.
