Two Kids Awaiting your Creative Effort

I'm thinking you guys will like these better than my last donation.

Two kids under overhead fluorescent light with Pacific Northwest USA February overcast daylight coming through a window to my right as I took the shot, which would be to the right side in the photo as you look at it. The sun would be shinning through the window if there were no clouds. I am facing south. I am noticing as I say this that the dark side of the image is the side where the sun is shining. That is how things go up here in the Pacific Northwest sometimes. Hey, at least it wasn't raining.

The original JPEG images are converted from Canon Raw files using the default settings from Digital Photo Professional with no adjustments. I know there are some in camera and in software properties that I tweaked months ago, but beyond that these are pretty much straight out of the camera.
