FZ35/38 v FZ150 or CCD v MOS Light Streaks/sabers

Hi,

I'm thinking of upgrading from my FZ35/38 to a FZ150 and just wondered if the FZ150 suffers from the CCD light saber streaking problem being a MOS sensor?

Also has anyone compared their FZ35 to the FZ150 for ultimate pic quality, that said the FZ35 does produce great pics and video.

I was toying with a Canon 600D but all those extra lenses put be off, what's your view?
