D800 on order, CF or SD cards?

I have a D800 on order, looking to get some bigger cards. I'm looking at 64GB cards as I shoot in RAW and want space for video when needed.

The Lexar 400x (60MB/s) cards are likely what I'll be getting. CF is $300 and SD is $200.

If the spec is the same, why buy the CF?
