Samy's Camera in CA. Any experiences you can share?

I couldn't get in on other pre-order sites and frankly, as much as I spend at B&H, I really rather not have to pay tax if I don't have to. Almost EVERY camera retailer has a presence in NYS and will charge me tax...

So, Samy's was a choice. I got on the list just so I can have a spot. But, after many tries at communicating with them, I have no responses.

Is there a "Henry Posner-Like" person for Samy's here on the forums?
