Sigma 19mm and 30mm for 199. Buy buy?

It seems that the 19mm is available for preorder at B&H for $199 - not sure about the 30mm.

Since the 30 is in a category of its own by FL, it does not seem to be a bad purchase at that price. The 19mm sits right there with the 20mm, so I could see a larger market if prices at something like $150. It's still $140 cheaper than the 20mm though.
Would you buy these lenses now that the price has been announced?
