Is this photo "manufactured" ?

Is the 8th photo on this page:

"created" using photoshop? Is it several images added together, do you think?

To me, it just seems that the lighting comes from different angles in different parts, and 4 faces that seem at different distances seem to all be fairly well in focus.

But I'm not an expert. What do you think?
