Apple: Is it an evil company?

Apple wants to file a lawsuit against Kodak:

Apple got their start by 'borrowing' technology from Xerox, then after they got their start, they were famous for suing the Beatles over the Apple label. They seem to spend a lot of time suing people. Now that Kodak is on it's knees, they claim that they were part of the effort to develop the first digital cameras and they want to sue Kodak over it's patent.

So what do you think of Apple?
