Hi Ed . Unfortunately I don't have any samples to offer . The SD1 that we converted to Leica-R belongs to a recognized artist in Europe and I am not at liberty to disclose more.

I can tell you however that the most gain I noticed with Leica Optics , on the SD1 , was DEPTH OF FIELD , that is generally the way that the limiting action of Sigma lenses is perceived on the SD1, as detail beyond the plane of focus becomes too small to resolve ,looking as out of focus, but being, in reality , DEGRADED by the lens .

SD1-R Mounts have been available since 2011.
