If not, I'd personally write the unit off on the business (if it hasn't already been fully depreciated) and go for the D4. Although the numbers appear to indicate that you would still be in the black if you repaired it then sold it later, I can only see it getting more difficult to sell especially if there are, for the want of a better expression, more pristine bodies out there for sale. There is also the unknown of Nikon repairing other parts, too.

If you are caught short and need a body while waiting for the D4 you can always rent and a) charge the cost on to the client either directly or include in fee structure/cost per print
b) swallow the cost
