As long as there is no statement from FujiFilm, ALL (= ALL = NO EXCEPTIONS) of the X10 have FAULTY (= DEFECTIVE) sensors!

Your 21A serial numbers indicates that your camera has been produced this year (2= second calender year of production OR just 2012, 1= 1st quarter, A= America).

You do not have to try hard to get 'orbs' . The ones who claim their camera does not produce orbs, must have a really hard time avoiding them, which must be an emotional challenge

I returned my X10 after 3 hours. It really would be by far the nicest (smaller sensor) compact camera if it would not have the faulty sensor (design). FujiFilm is SO close with this one, it is a pity.

The real problem is actually not the defective sensors itself, but the ignorance of the FujiFilm sales and marketing people (been there, done that).

They have learned nothing in the past year with the X100 aperture blade problems.
Who will teach them? Facing their (loyal) customers is easier than they think.
