hmm, i do not really expect perfection in electronical devices nowadays... even if that´s what i wished for.
but what i do expect is that problems are adressed and solved by manufacturers. if i am not completely wrong all the problems you mentioned have been solved, haven´t they? back then first step surely was that canon or leica had to admit something was not working as expected. this realisation is still missing regarding fujifilm, unfortunately
