B+W 77mm Kaesemann CPL vs. B+W CP MRC

I buying a Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 EX DC OS HSM FLD for my Canon 7D.

I have 2 choices for a B+W CP filter above in the subject. The Sigma is a good lens and I want good filters that won't hinder IQ. Is there any visible IQ difference with these 2 filters or is the Kaesemann a better built and less scratch resistant? Both have great reviews and the price difference is around $37.

I'm also decided on the the B+W 77mm Clear UV Haze with Multi-Resistant Coating (010M) filter. I've used Hoyas in the past and want to give B+W a try.
