What do you print in large size?

I read this forum for some time now, and I have read many times that some photographers here print monster-size like 20"x30" or larger and that's why they need godzillionpixels of the new Nikon D800, Hasselblad etc. They just can't stop eating the megapixels.

So, could you please show us (or at least me) what do you print in A3 or larger?
Not necessarily in a large file. Thumbnail would be enough.
