Tamron 18-200mm E-mount firmware glitch?

Hi,

Glad it is not just me/mine, I guess, as this is the second lens and optically it is very good therefore I am reluctant to return it again.

The theory of cold or low power in the battery is quite interesting. I have a third party battery and an original. Never thought to see if it was happening with both inserted. Genuine battery in now and I will monitor it.
