More pixels, faster shutter speed?

Shooting with a D800, will it need higher shuttter speeds to get a clean image?

What I mean is, the D800, it has 3 times more pixels than my D700, so image blur will be faster visible, or am I wrong...Or is there a relation between pixels and shutter speed.
