Questions about the Olympus 12-50mm lens

In the Pekka Potka review, there is a diagram at the bottom showing aperture vs focal length. This seems to show setting at pretty much every mm, with the occasional mm skipped - seems to me like it will be pretty precise. Videos I have seen have also showed it to be nice and smooth when zooming non-manually
