C1 is my standard raw converter, version 3.0 through version 6.3.3. The extra tools like keystone corrections and spot removal are terrific. Then I downloaded DxO Opt. 7 just to see... I converted one picture with both making sure that the parameters where the saqme as much as possible. The result is compairable with, exactly, the some pictures, one made with a L-type Canon lens and the other with a Leitz equal one. C1 will lose me as a client if they can´t keep up with DxO.
