why no body roadmap?

There's been a lot of speculation recently over what bodies Pentax might or might not produce. We've just seen the latest version of the lens roadmap, but we never see a body roadmap. Why is that?
I can understand some of the commercial reasons why such a thing might not be published (though I'm sure there is one internally), but do they really hold up?
Some might say - if we don't publish a roadmap, we may be able to sell what's in the shops, rather than have people wait for something in the future. Others will say - if we don't publish, we will lose potential customers to other makers.
Let's look at what is in the public domain - we have the Q and now the K-01, but there are big questions over a K-r replacement. Maybe some in Pentax will hope that folk who want a K-r replacement and who have money burning holes in their pockets will buy the K-01, rather than wait and see. Will there be a direct replacement? We simply don't know.
At some stage we will presumably see a K-5 replacement, but I haven't seen much that suggests when.
So, I ask again, why no body roadmap? Why do we not hear (for example) "we are (not) going to offer swivel screens on xxxx range models (within YY years)"?
