GXR-M: minimum shutter speed?

Is it possible to set a minimum shutter speed in custom settings? One in Auto-High-ISO seems to be only for when to start bumping up the ISO.
My problem is that in A/P/A mode, it chooses something around 1/30 for a 75mm lens and with my shaky hands, that is just not doable. Shooting in S is an option, but I'm really hoping for an min. shutter speed route.
