Usefulness of 16-50/2.8

I am thinking of selling my Sony 16-50/2.8. What would you do?
When I am outdoors in decent lighting I can make do with a slower lens (that has longer reach and/or is lighter).
When I shoot in low light, usually indoors, 2.8 is not fast enough. I reach for my Sigma 30/1.4 instead.
When I want shallow DOF, 2.8 at 16-50 mm is not shallow enough, so I use my 30/1.4, 85/1.4 or 135/2.8 instead.
The only reason that makes it tempting to bring the heavy 16-50 along is for video.
Agree or disagree?
