"Stages of a Photographer" - a discussion

I stumbled across this diagram the other day which describes the various stages we go through in our progression as photographers. It's not mine and I couldn't find the name of the original creator but I thought it was very insightful.

Personally speaking, on the 'Knowledge' line of the diagram I feel I'm still somewhere around the point of 'Found an Old Film Camera' and the 'Composition' part.

On the 'How Good You Think You Are' line of the diagram I'm (mostly) past the 'dammit I suck' part!! - (but found that bit difficult) - but I'm not yet up to the 'One Exposure per Motive' part.
