50 1.2 focus test Syder LensCal

Just got the LensCal and ran the test on 70/200 2.8 16/35 2.8 135 2.0 28/70 2.8 on the 7D. Then I did the 50 1.2. All seemed right on the money. Then for the heck of it I put the 50 1.2 on manual focus (all was on a tripod) and shot the chart and it was way off when I manualy focused it.

When I did the same on the 5D with the 50 it seemed ok on auto and manual.

Any ideas???????
