Standard Prime Lens for 7D Dillema

Hi,

I am trying to find a nice budget prime lens for 7D which is equivalent of a 50mm or similar. I've had a look around but have been unable to make a solid decision. I've got the Canon 50mm but it's too cropped for my liking on 7D. So i've considered so far

Canon 28mm f2.0 USM
Tokina 35mm f2.8 Macro
Canon EF 35mm f2.0
Canon 24mm f2.8

I will primarily use this lens for street photography, people and potentially some video work. I do enjoy good bokehh and macro on Tokina seems like a nice bonus. So far I have found that f2.8 is not amazing in low light conditions and looses fair bit of sharpness but then again I am not sure of there is much difference between 2.0 and 2.8. Probably not.

In terms of price/quality Tokina seems like a good contender even tho it's f2.8 and probably not as fast as Canon. I've heard a lot of bad things about Sigma and I am not fan of their quality/design so i haven't really considered their 30mm.
