550D Wireless flash

Sorry if this is a stupid question and has been asked before, but will the 550D operate a 320EX and 430EXII wirelessly off camera? If so, how much functionality will it allow: E-TTL? Exposure compensarion? Manual at reduced output (eg 1/32)?
I will be cross posting as I am interested in the same answers for my 5D Mk2.
