This is specifically the reason I bought DxO before any other optical software - I was annoyed by the CA that my G9 and my 18-55 kit lens were producing. (Along with some distortion.) DxO allows completely automatic correction of that and other optical aberrations without having to check a box every time.
For me, it was a lot cheaper than getting top-quality lenses.
I think even Raw Therapee handles CA well these days.
