Why would someone sell the V1 system so cheap???

For 615.00 shipped on ebay...someone picked up the:
V1
10-30mm lens
30-110mm lens
SB-N5
Extra Battery ENEL15
40.5mm uv filters for each lens
Tenba Maxx bag
and a Transcent 16gb SDHC card memory class 10

granted its been lightly used, but still this guy could have easily gotten 90-1000 for all of this even with a buy it now? I scratch my head sometimes...
