Check out the 60mm F2.8 macro. It is pin sharp, fast focussing and very versatile. it can be used for macro, portraits and landscape.

So you are saying buy just the 60D body and get EF-S 60 mm macro?

What instead of the EF-S 60 mm macro either

60D body + Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II or
60D body + Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM or
60D body + Canon EF 35mm f/2 or
60D body + EF 85mm f/1.8 USM ??

They are all roughly around the same price range. Whats the differences between them as in photo range/style? (like for portrait, landscape and product shooting)

Do I really need a lens kit first?
