Pentax has it all

M+Auto ISO also works on most Pentax DSLRs. In fact, they're so proud of it that they made a separate mode out of it, called TAv (being a combination of Tv and Av). It works great and I was always puzzled why so many manufacturers missed on that. I think it's a historic reason of sorts.

Exposure Compensation in Manual mode is another thing that Pentax nailed right. It doesn't change anything in the exposure. It only biases the meter reading. Extremely useful (esp. with old lenses), and yet another puzzling omission by most (if not all?) manufacturers.
