REAL PAPER camera manuals
Jan 25, 2012

Does anyone but me miss "REAL PAPER" camera manuals ? I own 3 different p/s cameras (Pro1, G12, and SX40 ) plus currently a 50D and 7D. I do not have the youngest brain on the forum, so remembering fine points of each cameras's settings gets dicey sometimes. I don't carry a laptop or iPad around with me when I'm walking around all day on a trip, so other than the teensy downloaded manuals on my iPhone, I'm "out there" if I hit a snag re: settings or some other problem.

I have PhotoBert's "Cheat Sheets" for several of these cameras, but the print is so small that my aging eyes need a special pair of extremely strong (4.75) glasses to wear over my piggyback contacts to read the fine print.

Am I the only one who would be willing to pay $5 or $10 for a real paper manual (like we used to get with all cameras) ? It would be nice if Canon would just include a good manual, but I guess that's too much to hope for ??

My second rant for today Here's my first one re: inconsistent camera manual terminology if anyone's interested !

Thanks for listening !
