Epson R3000 Output Settings - SuperFine vs. Photo ?
Jan 24, 2012

In the Print Settings dialog for Output Resolution there are two choices I'm curious about... SuperFine and Photo. Both are 1440dpi. What exactly is the the difference between the two? The third option SuperPhoto is 5760dpi so thats obvious. All the Epson tech guy could tell me is what the manual stated... for the three settings you get good, better, best. It would be nice to have a bit more info.

Anyone out there know?

I'm on a Mac running the latest of everything. Using Photoshop and Aperture but the settings are the same for both. I'm guessing the same choices are on Windows.

Thanks

mike
