I made a bad comparison in dpreview.. in midtones and higlights its 2 stops so it should be 800 vs 3200... but in the shadows its probably 1.5 stops or less...

So they look 3 stops apart because the sensor is backlit and there goes one stop (the missing stop would make me believe its a g3 sensor but with backlight instead of 2 stops of difference it got 3 stops) we need a backlit sensor... Let's hope olympus OM-D or panasonic gh-3 have a sensor with 9 stops of DR at iso 3200... that would consolidate m43 as a pro tool (with the f2.8 zooms with IS)
