Nex-5N Problem with Pano-mode with manual lens
Jan 22, 2012

Need some help here. I have an OM 24mm/f2.8 mm lens on an adaptor for my NEX-5N. The pictures from it is great. However, I tried the Pano mode and most of the time it can't work (camera say it is unable to take the pano) or when it works, there are vertical band thru' out the picture.

I noticed that once I set the camera to Pano mode, somehow the shutter speed of 1/500 start is displaced and flashing and the LCD screen goes very very dim (unlike when taking normal picture when it is really bright).

I switch to the 18-55 and there is no problem!

Anyone have experience this with their manual focus lens? Please help. Thank you.
