Free photoography training (youtube, podcasts, etc...)

I'm just getting started and have been on a search for good youtube video lessons myself. One of my favorites has been the DigitalRev series. A lot of them are reviews of cameras and lenses (which can be helpful when needed), but mixed in are some good introductory level tutorials. The difference is unlike many of the other instructional videos, which make me want to immediately go to sleep, Kai is pretty consistently entertaining in his presentation.
