EyeFi to Tablet o PC

On my next vacation in May, I would like to do this:

Shoot with an EyeFi card during the day.
In the evening, transfer all new camera images to my Android tablet.
Edit the days pictures on the tablet; mostly deleting the non-keepers.
When I get back, transfer the keepers to my MacBook.

That way, when I get back I will have a greatly reduced workload as I have eliminated the non-keepers along the way. And, I also have a backup of ALL images as the EyeFi card does not delete until it is full and I doubt I'll go over 8G.
