Not upgrading to Lion?

Anyone here not upgrading to Lion?

And therefore not be able to use iCloud?

I'm wondering what will happen to my "@mac.com" email address when the cut-off date comes in June. I'm not bothered about the other mobile.me features as I've already moved my website and photos elsewhere. But I do want to keep my email address which I've been using for years.

My trusty old 24" white iMac is full of 12,000+ Claris/AppleWork documents which I still use every day. Many have been converted to pdf or Pages, but 12,000 of them ......! Not to mention all the Quicken files that I need in an ongoing legal action.

And then how do I sync the computer with the iPad and the iPod Touch? What a headache!

(I know: buy a new computer! Just don't have the funds.)
