ISO/SS/F conversion

So I'm off to shoot something (field hockey) in unfamiliar territory (indoor) and I'm just trying to get a rough idea of what I'm working with re: light.
One of the images I was able to find from that sports complex looked about 0.7 under, f/3 1/100 ISO400.
For field hockey, you generally need 1/1000.. sooo I was wondering what ISO I'd need to be shooting at to obtain a correctly exposed 1/1000s @ f/4, based on the information available above?
